By completing the online booking form a place has been provisionally booked on the course(s) of your choice. Provisional bookings will expire within 10 working days of the start date of the course unless they have been confirmed.

Please ensure you have read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions of Booking. By placing a booking you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Terms & Conditions.
Bookings can only be cancelled in writing by post or email.
Cancellations within 10 working days of the course start date will be charged the full course fee. Cancellations 10 working days in advance of the course will incur no charge.
Safe Technology is not responsible for the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets or the cancellation/change fees associated with canceling a flight. Please confirm that the course is running before purchasing airline tickets. Safe Technology retains the right to cancel a course up to 3 weeks before the scheduled date.
It is possible to substitute an alternative delegate on any place booked at no additional cost.
A confirmed booking may be transferred to another of Safe Technology courses, availability permitting, providing that course takes place within three months of the date originally booked. Safe Technology is not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available.
Requests to transfer should be made in writing by post or email.
A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations.
Safe Technology reserves the right to alter the advertised schedule of courses, which may include cancellation of a course. Where Safe Technology cancels a course, individuals with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.
Safe Technology reserves the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice in order to continuously provide a high quality service or due to circumstances beyond our control.
